I'm using the the badi /SAPSLL/IF_EX_PRN_DET~MSG_DET_RESULT_MODIFY within customs management to restrict the document messages that are available on the communications tab in the GTS Customs Declaration Document.
Right now I am restricting user access to a sensitive document based on an authority object call inside this BADI.
Unfortunatly this BADI only seems to allow restricting unprocessed messages. If an authorized user has already executed the sensitive message, an unauthorized user still can see the processed message, and even repeat and execute it.
Any idea how I could completely restrict visibility to certain messages even if they are already processed?
As follow-up, I couldn't find a way to restrict previously executed messages from appearing in the Communications Tab, so I simply put an authority check in the message logic (the form interface) which looks to see if the user has authority and throws an error message if they do not to prevent them from printing the form.
