Deployment error: Please help me

I developed a webapplication then I added Enterprise application and built MyEar.ear file and deployed.(I used NWDS2.0.9 for development)

I got the following error when I tried to deploy the EAR file to my Weblogic9.0 application server.

Error 403--Forbidden

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

10.4.4 403 Forbidden

The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

Hoping a quick response.

Thanks

Hi Datta:

The EAR they are independent almost always of each manufacturer. These manufacturers put their own description in the deployment files, is the reason that you can´t deploy a EAR builded in NWDS to Weblogic 9.0 Application Server, if you can do this, check the deployment descriptors and compare them, also check the META file.

thnks

Did you try to run this application on some other application server?

There might be something wrong with your web.xml file.
