Hello experts,
In CUP 5.3(sp07) is there a way to see the history or logs of when the emails were dispatched and to whom for all request(s). Just as all the tracking of requests is possible , is there any tracking of email(s) history dispatched to various approvers for all requests and at what times ?

John

Thanks for your reply . But Audit trail does not gives the details of email dispatch times and reciepients. I need the email dipatch history & the reciepients of emails at various stages of the request. The names of people who approved/ rejected can be found in the audit trail, but that does not gives the idea of when the email was CONFIRMED to be dispatched ,and how much time did they actually take to respond.

Amit
Hi Amit,
The Background Jobs configuration will tell you how often the email dispatcher job is scheduled to run. However, this is dependant on the background job time interval stored in the Miscellaneous Configuration.
To my knowledge, there is no way to specifically tell from GRC when the actual emails were sent from the front end java side. The Service level configuration will only start the count of when the request arrived at the particular workflow stage and so cannot be triggered from email receipt.
If it were ABAP based, I would recommend looking at SCOT and SOST to ascertain the delivery periods and actual send status etc but the only other recommendation I can suggest is that you liaise directly with you mail server specialists to see if they can track the emails through your network perhaps?
Cheers,
Simon
