RG1 register updation

Friends,

When I am trying to update RG1 register with help of J1I5, I am getting red light and message as "0 record process" I have maintained chaptner ID & also entry is available in the table J_2IRG1BAL.

Kindly suggest some solution.

there could be n no of reasons, why RG1 is not getting updated.

you have to check,

- As your post said, J_2IRG1BAL has to maintain

- J1ID has to maintain , With Material - CHap Id combination

- Cenvat Determination

- after production, RG1 has to be updated with receipt entry thr Classification:RMA in J1IF, then with Classification IDH in case of the domestic sales, depending on type of sale, classification will be changed.

try the above points, once again.

try with new cycle.

if its still not working, please provide the config/ transaction steps you have done before updating RG1.

Hi Pratap,

Check in J_1IRGSUM table for Summary of receipts and issues and also in J_1IRG1 (Excise RG1 details) and the material has to be checked for RG1 relevant in J1ID.Then Rg1 has to be updated every day first for goods receipt then for goods issues.

It could be due to so many reasons. Perhaps, if you can indicate the error message number, suitable suggestion can be given.
