Dear All,
when i create the new message from service.sap.com,the System ID, Name and Installation Number is disable, so i am unable to create the new message. Only System Search is visible.
When i Double click on the System ID or Installation No. The message is showing in red colour "No valid Maintenance Agreement exists for this Installation Number"
Please check with your BASIS team about the authorization of your SMP OSS id and also the Service Line agreement about on post Installation support for that specific Installation.
