Hi,

I have one requirement..

The user wants to create one rebate condition record.

He neither wants to create sales order refering to this nor manually post accrual.

But the user wants some fixed amount to be accrued automatically every month on 1st

Pls give your suggestion...

If the user wants some fixed amount to be accrued automatically 1st of every month then on 1st of every month run the report VB(7 Rebate Settlement .But make sure that for the rebate maintain fixed amount .

Thanks for your reply.

They don't want to run the report. They wanted the system to automatically post the accruals on 1st of every month..

Is there any user exit to do so??

Hi Praveena

If you dont want to run the report and if system should automatically post the accruals on 1st of every month then you have to run the program RV15C001 on 1st of every month. But it is advisable to run the report VB(7
