Dear gurus
I would like to use more then 1 sales responsible on the item line. In configuration the unique is not checked but still when i try to add a 2nd one i get the error "Partner function ZM can only occur 1 times in procedure N.
Please help
Dear Friend,
The Unique Indicator for a particular Partner Function is set at many levels, e.g.
1. Customer Master level.
2. Sales Document Header Level
3. Sales Document Item Level, etc...
Please check & remove this Unique indicator at the level at which you are getting the error.
Hope this helps...
Thanks,
Jignesh Mehta

Solution is that it is not possible in standard SAP.

Hi
It is standard SAP behaviour.
I am trying to clarify you little bit.
We can maintain Partner relationship in two places, they are
i. Customer master data > Sales Area data > Partner Function tab, and in
ii. Sales document (Header and Item level).
The one important difference between these two are that,
In the Customer master data, you can have multiple Partners for one Partner Functions.
That means, you can have C1, C2, C3 for one Partner function SH.
So, in the Customer master, you use/add the same Partner Function (e,g. SH) multiple times.
But, it is not possible in sales document, in SAP.
In Sales document (Header or Item level), you can have only one Partner for one particular Partner Function.
You can not add same Partner Function (e,g. SH) more than once.
As beacuse you are trying to add the Partner Function "ZM " more than once at Item level, hence the error.
