Error when i run solution implementer at sabrix

Hi all ,

i am getting error when i run the implementer which is mentined below, i have removed the Tables SBXAUD and later when i run implementer i go the same error when i check in DB table got created again..what would the reason..please help me

ERROR

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("SBXAUD"."TB_DOCUMENTS"."HOST_SYSTEM")

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

increase open_cursors in SPFILE or initSID.ora as per SAP note 830576.
