Can some one suggest me steps to install Add-On : SAPKIBIIIH?

Can Users use system while i am installing Add-ons?

Kindly suggest me

Download, install via SAINT

Not recommended, you are better off doing the install during a schedule downtime or off peak hours.

I have down loaded and loaded on to queue but when i say start it say " Add on terminated during phase Check Requirement"

Go to SAINT -> Goto -> Queue calculation Log and check what packages are missing... basically this means that your system does not met the minimun requirements to install the add-on

Dear babu,

How did you upload the add-on to queue, from Front-end or from Application server. The best way is to uncar the add-on and copy the two files (.att, .pat) in EPS/IN folder of "trans" folder and then load it from Application server option in SAINT.

Also, please give the error log here so that we can help you further.

Hi Babu,

After you start the installation of Add-on in saint, you have one tab Log there. Please click on that and paste the log here. Otherwise please paste the Slog content here from usr/sap/trans/log

usr/sap/trans/log : There is no SLOG file onlu Ulog file is there and it is tooo big to copy
