How to keep the indenting( formating ) of the text intact

Hi,

I am Using Adobe Livecycle designer 8.0 to create interactive forms connected to CRM 7.0 as back end system.

In CRM I am creating appointment and it also has some General free texts. When I download this appoinent details to an interactive form the format of this free text is downloaded as it is. These free texts are displayed in ADOBE form in text area.

Now the problem is, when these free texts are changed/updated in ADOBE form and then changes are updated back to CRM, the format of the text is lost. Note that I have made the field format of text area as "Plain text" in its property.

Please let me know, what needs to be done to keep the text indentations intact when texts are updated back to backend system.

Thanks for your any small clue in advance,

Krishna Mayya
