HI Vikrant
Reimport the values again with the field values(Qualifier) as blank.
After mapping the field in the destination right click go to null Intrepretation and select Overwrite. this should work.
best regards
Ravi

Might sound a rude option but is it possible to delete and re-create that field again from Console?
