PI trouble shooting: a file can't be read

Hi all experts,

I have a job in PIP for grabbing all files in a folder, moving them to archive folder,processing them...

It always run well, but I found a file couldn't be grabbed yesterday, and this file was still at the original folder. What's it happen?

I tried to put the file in PIQ before, and the file could be processed successfully.

Check the status of your File adapter in the Communication channel monitoring in RWB.

Check the file permissions on the folder if they have changed.

There are some files in this folder, and only 1 file left now.
