3D Dial Guage

Hi,

I have a scenario wherein I am receiving realtime Machine Temperature data and displaying it using a 3D Dial Guage.

I would like to have only the needle to dangle based on the changing values of Machine Temperature. I do not want the entire page to be refreshed, manually or automatically. How can I achieve this?

For refreshing SVG Images you have to refresh the page. If you dont want to refresh the whole page, then why cant you think of putting the SVG inside an iFrame and refresh only that particular iframe?
