No Java stack Data in EWA

Dear Gurus.

I can see all Java Workload Analysis data in RCA Work Center, bot it missing in EWA Report.

In EWA , SAP advice to open OSS message in this case.

Any ideas, before I open OSS?

What is your version and patch level of Solution Manager?

Is this happening for all your Java instances?

Have you reviewed Note 976054?

For Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1, please read Note 1332428.

I am also facing the same problem as described above, my solman is on EHP1.

I have gone through the SAP note 1332428.... but no help.

Hi

Solman 7 EHP1 Latest notes SP, and LM-SERVICE .

All workload data is ivisible via Wrokcenters, but in EWA.

Notes are about BI settings, but they are OK....

HI Vladmir,

There will be other recommendations in the EWA report for java,(if not generated properly) Like activation of BI, SMD configured etc., Did you check the same?. and if that doesn't work do raise an OSS message.

Also, do check the SMSY definintions (components) are same in both SMD and EWA session. They should match!!.

If everythig is correct from your side, Please raise an OSS message.
