2 ways to activate BC set in CHARM config

I see 2 ways for BC set activation in SM CHARM setup.

1) go IMG, execute "activate BC set"

2) create q change request, copy more than 100 objects ( all type SCNT) into the change request.

Which one is better? Why it can be so different?

Dear Ashley,

BC set is a collection of customizing setting, here , for the basic config of your charm. You can activate the standard BC sets from SCPR20 txn. You will be directed to the same tcode from IMG. This is the standard and recommendable way to configure charm. If you wish, you can create your own BC sets from SCPR3 tcode.
