Alocation run in make to order scenario ?

In make to order (MTO) scenario. is it mandatory to run allocation run in SD AFS module.?

Hi Smith,

Allocation run is not required for MTO process.

Since account assignment is not there for MTS orders, you need to allocate the stocks. Therefore you require ARUN for MTS orders and not for MTO.
