Unable to execute transation Solman_workcenter in Solution manager

Hello,

I am Unable to execute transation Solman_workcenter in Solution manager development system. I am getting following error:

ERROR :RAISE_EXCEPTION

A RAISE statement in the program "CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER============CP" raised the

exception

condition "CNHT_ERROR_PARAMETER".

Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior

program, processing was terminated.

Could you please paste the entire dump.

Possible solution is check icm/host_name_full parameter

Hi.

Looks like, ITS services are not fully active or not compeltely published.

Check whether webgui services are active in SICF.(test service).

Also, check all the ICM parameters.

Hello Jagan,

Thanks for the reply It is really helpfull , I have tested all the services in system and all are working fine now i am able to use the transaction Solman_workcenter but still i am getting problem while creating ticket from work centre.

when we click on create new message the following link willopen with the given error

http:///sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_work_incident_create_app:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Can you tell me what could be the reason for this.

Hi Bhavesh,

I think your problem is due to missing customizing.

In my case, when I create a new support message, I get the URL http://hostnamefull:port/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_work_incident_create_app.

At your post, there wasn't neither server name nor port. Please check default profile parameters at "Maintain Profile Parameters" activity, if this service is active at SICF transaction and test it, and have a look at IMG activities for Service Desk again. Specially "Set up Message Creation via Web Browser" activitie.
