Hi,
Raised a shopping cart but was unable to attach any documents to it.
The attachment tab is not activated for a single user,but for some other it is activated and they are able to do.
Kindly help.

Kindly upgrade the JAVA version to the latest JAVA version.
After that check attaching the attachment in SC.

You must have java sofware at your desk JVM free down load availble. you can download them and later restart your machiene
and you cana ttach docs on sc
