My requirement is:
For FERT material: how to identify when this was phased in (placed for order) , Phased out (when finally invoiced) and Support tools (to locate HALB material associate with this particular FERT material which got damage and so that in future if repair or complaint comes then we can easily connect). So if it requires to develop new field then what could be the process?

i want to add info in more transparent way:
There is an obligation to ensure availability of HALB materials even after a (FERT) product is phased out for a specified period. Due to this requirement, it is necessary to link the HALB with multiple FERTs. FERTs, too, have a product lifecycle, i.e. a Phase In date and a Phase Out date.
Identify fields which can be used to store and retrieve the following info for each HALB material created in the system:
Nomenclature: EOL = End Of Life
u2022 Latest EOL Product using this material as spare
u2022 Phase date In for latest EOL Product
u2022 Phase out Date for latest EOL Product
u2022 Support to Date for latest EOL Product
u2022 EOL Y / N for material code
please suggest me.
