Migration import procedure

This is the first time iam orking on OS/DB migration project. We need to migrate ECC6.0 from IBM/AIX and Oracle to Windows / MS SQL. I have already exported source system data approx 400GB.

Now I need to import into target system where Windows and MS SQL2005. Before import do i need any migration tool or is there any specific software i need?

Since iam doing the first time, if you can share your experiance it will be great.

To import on the new box just use SAPINST as stated on the Heterogeneous system copy guide. Depending on the environment you're working a Migration check might be necesary also productive system migrations has to be carried out by a OS/DB Migration certified consultant.
