Authorization Tab Missing

Hi,

I'm working on Easy DMS 7.0.We are using ECC 5.0.In either of the transactions CV* there is no tab for authorizations.

Also there is no such in spro as "Activate ACl & Document Browser" which i can see in ECC 6.0.

Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
