BOM Related issue

Hi

In the sales order i entered BOM Relatd material and as well as normal material .

After order is saved the BOM Main material is deleted .

Is components are deleted automatically which is related to Bom item , or shall i need to delete manuallly components also.

Let us assume your FERT material code is ABC and its components are

a) A1

b) B1

c) C1

Your question is if ABC is deleted, will it be necessary to also delete the corresponding components. If this is your question, then the answer is no it is not necessary. Once you delete the header material, the respective components will also be deleted from sale order.
