Hi,

I have an issue to implement while changing a document, let's say example TC: VA02, the output BA00-Order confirmation should be triggered automatiocally. In this case output determination procedure and condition records have already been

maintained.

So, where can I do the seetings to get the print automatically while changing the document. I hope there will be a standard settings.

Please suggest me to resolve this issue.

Hi Vijay

Please check these all settings:

1) VV12 condition records.

2) T code NACE->select V1>Click on Output types>select BD00-->details. Check multiple output check box.

3) VA02>extras>output>header>edit. check the status of BD00.

check and confirm your settings.

I tried all the options. But the expected functionality is not coming.

If from configuration side every thing is fine, then take help of your ABAPer to debug your routine assigned to BD00. Some routine would be there which is responsible for output trigger, check there.

VOFM>requirements>output control.

try and revert.

I got the solution as per your earlier reply. Thers is a setting in NACE-> Detail of BA00 -> Multiple issuing of output - Has to be checked.

Dear Vijay,

Use T-Code VV11.

Maintain Condition Record for Output Type BA00 & in date/Time Column maintain 4 instead or 1.

4 stands for Send immediately (when saving the application)
