LDAP connection error

HI experts,

Im using the RSLDAPSYNC_USER program to synchronize the LDAP objects (users) in SAP.

When i executed the program, it returned the following error.

"Cannot find entry BC_LDAP_SA SAP in secure store

Cannot create connection to server CUA_ACC"

This error was returned by the function module LDAP_SYSTEMBIND (when trying to connect to LDAP) inside the program.

Could anyone tell me what is the reason for this error?

Hello,

Please check whether you have provided the proper credentials before performing the synchronization. Also make sure that the LDAP Connector is active.
