Hi Gurus,

In 3rd Party business process based on Purchase requisition we create Purchase order(me21n) manually. this is general

Now i want.

Based on Purchase requisition thesystem should auto matically create Purchase Order? for this what are the settings required?

This is actually an MM quesiton...

Automatic purchase order requires the vendor to have "Automatic Generation of Purchase Order Allowed" selected in purchasing data view and in the material master purchasing data view "automatic purchase order allowed" selected. The automatic purchase order is not based on the type of purchase order.

your requirement is nt standard this would be development, you can go through sanya comment with function module.

hi Raga,

automatic purchase order creation use functional module "PUR_ORDER_CREATE_VIA_SD_EVENT"

this will create purchase order based on the sales order number and PR number
