Getting Win 32:ACCESS_VIOLATION error in MDM 7.1 Server

Hi ,

While using MDM 7.1 ,we are intermittently getting Getting

Win 32:ACCESS_VIOLATION error.There is a program SEHTranslator which is trying to execute a dll called imagehlp.dll.

I could get these details from console logs.

After we get this error ,we need to restart the MDM server to make things work again.

We are not able to replicate the error with sample data sets,so I am quite sure it has nothing to do with the data set.

Hello Premjit,

I got the exact same error-message just now. When I verified my repository it gave me the result that I had 3 non-fatal errors. I fixed the non-fatal errors witht the "Repair"-command and then the problem was fixed. Hence, you do not need to re-start the MDM-server.
