Conf / invoice quantity in table BBP_PDIGP

Hi,

I am looking for some information pertaining to table BBP_PDIGP. We are using extended classic scenario.

When a shopping cart is created, the GUID of that cart will get updated in that table. Similarly when a PO is created for that cart, then GUID of that PO will get updated in that table, with SRC_GUID as shopping cart GUID.

But when a confirmation or invocie is posted for that PO, the values for the fields VAL_CF_E and QUAN_CF_E (or) VAL_IV_E and QUAN_IV_E are getting udpated only against the shopping cart GUID. It is not getting udpated against the purchase order GUID.

These fields are showing as zero against the PO GUID.

Is it a standard behaviour of SRM? Or some issue with the table update?

Could you please share the solution? I have the same problem, conf/invoice quantity is update in the shopping cart but not in the purchase order.

Do you know how to update it?

Hi Cristina,

Please check if the solution mentioned in the SAP notes can fix the issue:

1343257 - ECS PO, statistical information is not updated properly

- Verify if the entry"SRMNTY" has flag checked in the transaction FIBF.

1934728 - Incorrect SRM PO Follow on Document Statistic Actual Value and Flags

- Run the report: BBP_PO_INIT_NOTIFY_FOLLOWON as per the SAP Note# 1934728.

All the table updated in SRM will be based on the GUID only

Please check in table :CRMD_ORDERADM_H

Whenever you create a Shopping cart GUID is created and all table updates is based on the GUID only not on the other parameters

go to t.code : BBP_PD in this also GUID is the main data used for any tracking

Thanks for the reply. But my question is something different.

Can the fields like conf qty / value and invoice qty / value will get updated in the table BBP_PDIGP, against the PO GUID?

Currently it is getting updated only against shopping cart GUID in that table.

Is it standard behaviour of SR? Is there a way to udpate those entries in that table against PO GUID?

Hi Arun,

In Standalone scenario the confirmation & invoice value/ quantity
get updated in PO level. In classic scenario those values are updated in ECC
table but extended classic scenario update in SC level only. If you check your
shopping card at item level in BBP_PD you will easily find it.

So, to answer to your question is 'yes, it's a standard behavior'.

I checked the BBP_PD (BBP_PDIGP) for Shopping Cart. In the Itme level I can see the PO detail but not the confirmation detail.

The fields like QUAN_PO_E is updated but fields like QUAN_CF_E; NUM_CONF(Number of Entered Confirmations for a Purchase Order) are not updated.

Practically it should be there.
