Bid Invitation mail to bidder

Hi,

When Publishing a Bid Invitation, it is not processed automatically the email to transfer to the bidder. It is stucked in the BBP_PPF with status "Not processed". If I go there to BBP_PPF and manually execute it, then it is transferred to SOST and then to the email of the bidder.

We are using Smartforms Mail. In the Customizing of Output Actions and Output formats, the processing time for Bid Invitations is "Processing using selection report". We have scheduled the report RSWUWFMLEC.

Is this report that works with Smartforms Mails or I have to schedule other report?

Hello Ezequiel,

If you want to send an email to the bidder once the Bid Invitation is published then under Customizing for Output Actions and Output formats, change the processing time for Bid Invitations to "Processing when saving document".

This will avoid manual triggering of ouput message.

Also the report RSWUWFMLEC is to send work item from SOST to Web server it could be yahoo mail or to outlook inbox.
