We have a Web based customized transaction. But while executing the same through Portal / Web we are faced with an error saying " Transaction cannot be called in the Easy Access Menu: see long text". Not all Users, but few are encountering this issue. Kindly share your thoughts.

There may be any of the below points:
1. Those specific users are locked in backend if they are unable to access any Transaction (u need to check with them) from Portal .
2. They don't have access to that Transaction.
3. They do not have access to the corresponding Portal roles (UME Group).
4. The backend role containing the TCode which is called by the Web Based Transaction is expired (validity date).
Please check and let us know your furter findings. Also provide a details of the system environment.
