Q&A Database in Solution Manager

Hello,

Could you please help me in finding Q&A DB in Solution Manager implmentation tools? I am refering to the Q&A DB mentioned in the ASAP menthodology. I could get some information like SB04 was used for that in the previous version. But for SolMan 7.0, how will I access the Q&A DB?

Hi Guys

Just to clarify i think the QandA database from ValueSap or ASAP is slightly different from the Solution Database

mentioned in the last post

The Solution Databae is a database of Service Desk issues that can be referred to solve newly identified or reported issues

To my knowledge the QandA database is a template used to gather information for a Business Blueprint used during Implementation

It is worth pointing out the distinction

You need to configure Solution Database

/people/dolores.correa/blog/2007/10/06/service-desk-solution-database

SAP Solution Manager --> Scenario-Specific Settings --> Service Desk --> Solution Database

Tcode IS01

As far as i am aware there is no equivalent QandA database in Solution Manager

The functionality has changed - the required processes and steps are now within Solution Manager Implementation

functionality - where you could define a similiar template via a project

If you still have ASAP or ValueSAP you may still have the template - it is also possible to migrate or attach the template

- however I am not too sure how relevant this template is anymore
