Copy control from order to billing

Hi All,

Need our help to understand the standard copy control settings for milestone billing item category i.e. TAO.

Some how i am not able to check it in my system as my client had earlier removed the standard copy control settings for TAO for documents OR->F2.

As per my understanding it is

Copying requirements 023

Data VBRK/VBRP (blank)

Billing quantity A

Pos./neg. quantity +

Pricing type K

Please correct me if i am wrong

Hi Tushar,

Standard copy control settings for TAO for documents OR->F2.

Copying requirements 002

Data VBRK/VBRP (blank)

Billing quantity A

Pos./neg. quantity +

Pricing type G.

Here, you need to change the

1) Copying requirements as u2018002u2019(item/order-related) instead of 023(item.order.ref W/o AZ) and

2) Pricing type as u2018Gu2019 (copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes) instead of K (Adopt price components and cose. Redetermine taxes).

Invoice (F2) Standard Order

Item Cat. Proposal Item Category TAO

Milestone billing

Copying requirements 023 Item ord.ref. w/o AZ

Data VBRK/VBRP 000

Billing quantity - A

Pos./neg. quantity +

Pricing type - G

PricingExchRate type - blank

Price source - blank

Hi,

In standard system,what ever the settings that are given by you are correct.

Only these settings are maintained in the standard system.

Means the pricing will be order related pricing.

Splitting of quantity is allowed.

Prices are copied as of the order and taxes will be redetermined.
