Hello Friends,

This is regarding WBS issue.

Every WBS has a budget allocated to it and a spending limit upto 110% of the budgeted amount . However for one of the WBS we have observed that the total spending shows to have crossed 110% of the budget when we look into Expense element as well as in totality.

The budget was given at level 1 for capital and expense respectively. It would mean, the system should not allow it to exceed 110% at respective level. To check whether similar thing is happening with any other project, we quickly ran Z transaction and found that this is the only exception.

Could you please help us on this.

HI Raghav,

As far as I remeber, for the budget control customizing, you can not only maintain the percent value, but also the amount. E.G. It is not allow to exceed 110 percent AND X Euros. Do you maintain such combination?
