ServiceDesk: Change content of smartform CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE*

Hello,

I have change the content in a copy of smartform CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01, I'm now at that point that I want no SAP System data in the mail. Can any body tell me how I fade them out, because the users don't need them in a confirmation. Thanks for your hints in advance!

Hi,

All those system details will be populated under the Window INFO_BLOCK1 in the smartform.

There you can find a template named INFO_BLOCK1_TEMPLATE under that window which fills in all those vaules.

You can delete all those TEXTs related to the system details.

thats quite right but there must be more issues. This way you describe I hve already done before this message but the system data I mean is processed after MAIN-TEXT HEADER EMPTY LINE and before SDB:_SOLUTIONS_LOOP.

this data come out from the satelllite systems message and contains :

Hi,

These values are populated from a Standard Text in MAIN WINDOW->TEXT_HEADER_LOOP->TEXT_HEADER_TEXTID_DATA.

A std Include Text is being used.

Text Name &GS_NOTIF_TEXT-GUIDL&

Text Object &GS_NOTIF_TYPE_TEXT-TDOBJECT&

Text ID &GS_NOTIF_TYPE_TEXT-TDID&

Language &GS_NOTIF_TEXT-LANGUAGE&

Using this all those system details are being populated.

Hi,

ok thats exactly what I mean. The system data is proceeded from table DNOD_NOTIF_T-GUIDL, so the information of longtext description and sap data cannot seperated by an easy fast way, I think.

Hello,

the fastest and easiest way is to remove Texttype 'SD' out of TEXT_HEADER_LOOP , tab strip: data in WHERE condition
