Message Creator Details in CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Dears Gurus

When I am processing the message, I want to call the message creator by phone.

I need to open the BP transaction and read the creators address data using his business partner.

Is it possible to add creator's address data when message is created, or find it another they directly from message processing screen?

Hi Vladimir,

When you open the support message at CRM_DNO_MONITOR transaction, you can go to Transaction Data button->Partners tab and select Reported By partner. At the botom of the screen, there is a button with a lens icon. There you can see the Business Partner data maintained at transaction BP without entering at this transaction.

Hi.

I can see only First/Last Name, but not contact details like phone number....

Hi Vladmir,

In Transaction data page, partners tab select the Reported by partner and then click on the "Business partner master data" icon which will open th BP transaction directly and there you can find all the details.
