Signature

Hi,

I have a question about digital signature in HCMF.

I have form with two sub forms, one for employee, another for manager. Also I have workflow, so Employee see only his sub form and Manager second sub form. How can I implement signature for both of them?

I mean where can I store employee signature and manager signature?

signatures can be stored in signature fields, but how will they sign the documents?

will they sign digitally? or do they use a signature pad?

you will have to work with collections for the two parts...

you add a signature field to your form --> then watch the properties

you can define collections of fields to tell the document which fields should be regarded/disabled by signing the document

ads can check signatures (digital signatures) serverside (methods for the pdf object)

with signature pads its special, you need hardware (pads) and software (plugins for the reader) and so on...
