Patch SAPKH60013 is taking too much time.

Dear Export,

We are applying patch SAPKH60013 in our development server.

it is stuck on "tp user check OK". Earlier we Applied SAPKH60012 within

one hour, but SAPKH60013 is running more than hours.

After that we

1.Stop the SPAM

2.Run the stattistics

3.again Run SPAM but it is stuck on "tp user check OK".

Kindly revert with helpful suggestions ASAP

Dear All,

Thank you very much for your support. Problem has been resolved.

It was /usr/sap/trans/tmp/SAPKKH60013.DEV file. After deleting it (as SAP suggested), after 5-10 minutes it applied successfully.

please check if the /usr/sap/trans is full and check also the log under /usr/sap/trans/log and post it here if you find an error.

Did you check the Oracle alertlog whether there are any oracle problems (e.g. full tablespace)?

Also check:

- if you see a process on the OS running (tp or R3trans)

- if there is any RDD* job running in the system

- the logs in /usr/sap/trans/log for errors

Search for "transport" or "import" and "hanging", there is lots of stuff here, as this happens quite often and there are tons of different causes for it.

Then also check whether there are entries within tables TRBAT and TRJOB.
