why don't you read the documentation behind that URL and if this is not clear to you, come back with specific questions?

Steps in BPM-

Recieve- Receive the Messages

Send - Send the Messages

Transformation step - To execute Mapping in the BPM (1:N or N:1) Mapping

Wait - to wait the process , to insert the delay in the process

Control Step - To raise an alert/trigger an Exception/end the current process

Receiver Determination - to make dynamic Reciever Determination

Fork - To create multiple instances of the process in same time

Block- Logical Grouping of the steps,

COntainer- To assign/append the conatiner variables into the message
