BI Support Desk Tool status is in red flag

Hello expert

I am implementing the BI Support desk tool in the BW system.

It is base on OSS note 937697 - Usage of SAP NetWeaver BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tool.

After implemented the tools, I have login the required change URL to check the tool status.

However, it seems there are two components in red flag.

They are:

1. WebAS ABAP Certificate and Login Modules Configuration.

2. Webdynpro JCO Destinations.

Appreciate an advise and help here.
