Hi,
I want to setup the standard service desk functionality. We are on Sol Man 7.0 EHP1 Stack 20. I have looked in to marketplace/rkt-solman and did the steps there. Its too confusing on what steps need to be done on solman and why. Would any one have an easier procedure which would help me understand the steps to proceed? Many thanks for any tips...!!! I

I actually tried to do the settings as per the first blog. The blog has all the screen shots and I carried on the steps. Now the issue is I am not really getting aware of why we are doing these steps and what does it help in the config. let me go through it again and I will have specific questions.. Thanks for sending me the links..
