Vendor question submission problem

Hi Guys,

Currently i am working on vendor questionnaire.

Currently the vendor is able to send the questionnaire response (i.e. send the vendor response through the attachment in the mail). Attached file is in the format postdata.att, but the answers are not getting updated.

In SO50 the configuration is done

xyz.com * CL_UWS_FORM_RUNTIME_MAIL 1

But it seems the exit is not triggering.

Can you please let me know where did i go wrong?
