Error Msg 502 Not possible to carry out the forecast no historical data

I am receiving the error msg 502 Not possible to carry out the forecast no historical data. When I review my product there is 24 months of history, although when I go to the Univariate screen in Interactive Planning it is blank?

Dear Kevin,

please check whether notes 1263244, 1172596, 1063435 are already in your system and check if you have maybe zero values in your forecast.

Sorry, you'll have to forgive me but I don't know where to look for the notes in the system. I've looked under the Job Log and Spool and don't see those numbers anywhere. Thanks I appreciate the help.

Dear Kevin,

if a note is implemented in your system can be checked in transaction SNOTE: click on the "SAP Note Browser "icon (Ctrl+F9) and on next screen add in field "SAP Note Number" the note number you want to check.
