Problem with transport in sapscript

Hello everyone.

I'm having this problem:

I've done a sapscript in tx se71 and a report in se38. I have uploaded 2 images in se78. I do all this in DEV (mdt 130) and it's all ok.

When we transport everything to PRD (300), I found two issues:

1) one image (that I uploaded in color) is been printed pixelated, with a very low definition (this thing in DEV isn't happening)

2) bold letters aren't appearing, and in DEV yes

I cheked the transports and everything was ok.

How can this be happening? Anyone knows?

Re import the transport request from Dev to PRD.

the problem was solved by reimporting the transport.

1). check Image resoultion in PRD.

2). check any other printer... NOT LOCL...
