Hi

FERT material is made up of HALB 1/2/3 so on.

Now requirement is

1. How to connect HALB material to FERT material if HALB will be common across new upcoming version of FERTs.

2. For FERT material: how to identify when this was phased in (placed for order) , Phased out (when finally invoiced) and Support tools (to locate HALB material associate with this particular FERT material so that in future if repair complaint comes then we can easily connect). So if it requires to develop new field then what could be the process?

3. How to find substitution material list for HALB so that whenever order will be placed system can tell us this HALB material is common across list of FERT material and simultaneously display list of Substitution HALBs material is available for this HALB material.

Note: Order is creating through Interface.

Kindly advise me how to proceed further for each requirement in details..

As you may be aware, in CS15, you can give a component part reference, plant and go to next page where you have the option to select multiple BOMs. Once you select this and execute, system will show you which are the FERTs in which that particular component is assigned.

From this, you have to develop a zee report to suit the requirement.

kindly again look at my requirement..

HALB is common and will remain common only FERTs will be introduces in future so we have to take as HALB component in each FERTs..

hope i have clarified..

CS15 is saying MAterial and Order BOM list for Header material...

So plz once again look at above and plz let me know..
