Top level navigation invisible/blank

Hello all,

We have about 40 users which logon to the portal right now. For some reason, only 2 users had this problem and the rest are working fine. The top level navigation(TLN)became invisible on their laptops and desktops. Only the masthead is visible. Do you know what cause this problem?

They are using

IE 6.0 with latest patch and EP 7.0

Google- and other toolbars can also cause problems.

Hi David,

I know it sounds simple but have you tried the usual suspect -> clearing out the IE cache?

Hi,

1. Check from the UME whether the users have been deleted from the group assigned to the Role.

2. Check whether any change in the properties of Role took place (like change in entry point).

Hi,

thanks for answer, but the problem is in internet explorer. In firefox it works, on different computers with ie it also works(still the same user)....

Hi,

For EP 6.0 the supported version of IE is IE 6.0 and not IE 7.0
