0ARTICLE_TEXT does not have status...

Former Member

Hi,

When I tried to load text data from 0ARTICLE_TEXT to 0MATERIAL. I get an error:

Diagnosis:

The datasource 0ARTICLE_TEXT does not have the status of the source system in the Business Information Warehouse

The time Stamp in the Source System is 17.05.2006 06:59:15

The time stamp in the BW system is 11.05.2006 22:47:04

Procedure:

Copy the DataSource again and activate the transfer rules that belong to it.

My question is how do I copy the DataSource only for 0ARTICLE_TEXT? What are the steps?

Please help.

Thanks

NewBW

hi,

try rsa1->infosource->look for 0MATERIAL,

expand and right click the datasource (source system logo) and 'replicate datasource'. and right click again 'change transfer rules', then activate.

and try load again.

hope this helps.

Hi AHP / Murali,

I tried what AHP said, the problem persists.

0ARRTICLE_TEXT is not in BW yet.

The Problem with replication is that all the DataSources are being replicated again which wil take me another 45-60mts. I would like to know if there is a way to replicate only 0ARTICLE_TEXT in BW?

Thanks

Bhargava

Hi Bhargava,

In RSA1, go to the the InfoSource tab (under Moedling) and under your InfoSource right click the source system and choose the Replicate DataSource option. This will do it only for the one datasource.

Make sure you activate the transfer rules after replication.

Hope this helps...

hi,

0ARRTICLE_TEXT is not in BW yet ?

the way we suggested actually for replicate again only the datasource. if it's not exist in bw, you can check in source system SE16, table ROOSOURCE, objvers = A and APPLNM is the application component name. or check in rsa5/rsa6 this datasource belong to which application component.

then from bw, right click the same application component and 'replicate datasource'.

after that assign to 0material and activate transfer rules etc.

hope this helps.

Hi AHP,

I checked for 0ARTICLE_TEXT in RSA5. The Application component is LO-IO. I looked through the all versions in SE16 it does not exist.

Please help.

hi,

you have transfer this datasource in source system (using rsa5) ?

in bw, right click source system 'datasource overview',

expand application component and look for lo-io, logistics-master data, it may under sap component something (no access to system now), right click the node and 'replicate datasource', after that check if the datasource is there.

assign to 0material and steps as mentioned before.

hope this helps.

Hi,

Did you try out the steps I mentioned above:

"In RSA1, go to the the InfoSource tab (under Moedling) and under your InfoSource right click the source system and choose the Replicate DataSource option. This will do it only for the one datasource.

Make sure you activate the transfer rules after replication."

Is it still giving you an error after this too?

In that case, then following line in the message would have changed:

"The time stamp in the BW system is 11.05.2006 22:47:04"

The time stamp in the BW system is 18.05.2006 12:16:12
