How to do the Mass upload in KM?

Hi Jasmine,

mass upload can be done using WebDAV:

1. Navigate to the folder where you want to upload files. (Content Administration -> KM Content -> documents -> ...

2. Go on Folder -> Details

3. Go to Settings -> Properties -> Access Links

4. Copy the entry from WebDAV URL

5. Paste the URL in a Windows Explorer Address Bar

6. In the Basic Authentication Window give in your portal credentials

7. Click on "Access the folder as a <b>Web folder</b>"

8. Copy the file from another Windows Explorer Window by drag-and-drop

Hi Jasmine,

If you are using FSDB mode in the CM Repository, then we can directly upload all the content into the servers and the same will get reflected in KM.

Hi Jasmine,

you could use the SAP Portal Drive which is supported since NW04 SPS14. With the SAP Portal Drive, KM can be accessed via Windows Explorer.
