Date Change for Device Installation

Hi All,

I have an issue with Device Installation.The Device Installation for the legacy customers in the system is being performed using EMIGALL, however the system has performed the device installation (move-in) and the Utility installation date differernt from what was given in EMIGALL.

If I want to change the Device Installation date, is there an alternate method besides performing the reversal and doing the installation again?

I'm afraid but there is no other way possible. Of course, you could try to change the data in the respective database tables but this is a quite risky approach.

PS: It wasn't the ISMW that was causing the problem, correct? It was the extraction/transformation programs or the field rules you've defined in the ISMW ... 🐵
