Hello,
We are interested in defining a process from an own customer infotype to launch different action types in PA40 with a workflow. I know WS01000014 standard workflow exists in the system and I am not sure about the way it should be managed and how to configure and launch this workflow from our infotype ( I Think this could be modified to attend customer needs ). I need all the information you could lend me about HR Workflows, if it is possible.

This workflow launches a specific given action taken by action type. How do you think I can do it?.

Hi Maria,
instead of the workflow you mention, have you tried using standard task TS01200274? You can see an example of its use in workflow template WS01200175.
In short, you can give the action type and other parameters as input and make the user process it as a dialog task.
