dear all

while executing the solution manager tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR, it is displaying all the trans.types. we want to restrict trans.type SDMN.

Hi

There are various ways to restrict

one way is to create a variant for the crm_dno_monitor with value SDMN and then assign it ur role or create a ztcode.

Hi,

Restrict the role with the Auth Obj CRM_ORD_PR using PR_TYPE for the Transaction Types you need the users to use.

Hi Vasu,

You dont have to create the user wise variant but

you have to create a variant as i told and then create a role with this variant then assign the role to all the users..

or

just like waseem said create a role with these assignments.

i have given other then SDMN in the object refered by you..... but still the display comes.... what to do

I tried with the same Auth Obj in a role and tried assigning it to a person and checked. Its working fine for me.

Chk the your user profile. Does it been assigned with SAP_ALL?

Vasu,

If you want to restrict the display also better to go the way i suggested earlier by the use of variant

please create a variant for crm_dno_monitor and assign this to a role and this role to the user

So user from his user menu click the shortcut and the list will display only the selected no of ticket as per the variant and they will not be given authorization for crm_dno_monitor

no. not like that.....

while want to restrict users to view all trans.types except SDMN.....
