Book qty in Physical inventory report at Warehouse management

Hi,

Which report i can refer for finding the difference between book qty and counted qty in physical inventory at Warehouse level/

I did check LI20 report but it will not give the book qty value..

Is total stock field (LINV-GESME) is same as Book qty?

Please clarify.

I do not have access to a SAP system at the moment but try MI20 or MI24

Hi Ravi,

Try LX17. This report shows the diff's per count doc (dynamic selection option) and per ST/Bin combination. You can change your layout if need be. LINV-GESME is your book qty.

In LI20, I can only check for a particular inventory record. Is there any similar report which gives these values for particular period (Say from 1st Sep to 30th Sep).

Use LX17 with the Dynamic Selections. The count date of the inv document is available there.

I just found out that it is possible to provide date range in LX17. But, It will not be possible to post the differences using LX17. Any suggestions?

The SAP Std report in WM for posting the diff's does not give the qty's as you would like it.
